Five-ingredient lazy dumplings: how to cook a quick meal

If you don't have enough time to cook and need to feed a large family quickly, lazy dumplings are a great option. You don't need to mold them for a long time and come up with a separate filling – just cut the dough and cook these pieces. You only need five ingredients.
The idea of cooking basic lazy dumplings from five ingredients was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anastasiia with the nickname healthydemure.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese – 200 g
- eggs – 1 pc
- honey – 1 tsp (or any other sweetener)
- flour – 2-3 tbsp (look at the consistency, the dough should be plastic)
- vanilla – a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients well with a spoon or beat with a blender until smooth.
2. Shape the dough into a "sausage", roll it in flour, and cut it into pieces with a knife to form lazy dumplings.
3. Cook in boiling salted water for about three minutes (until they rise).
4. Add butter/ghee/ghee as desired.
