Delicious stewed potatoes with mushrooms in sour cream: sharing the recipe

Almost everyone loves fried potatoes. You can cook them with vegetables, just onions, or in the fall with aromatic mushrooms that will give the dish a special flavor and aroma.

Cook Victoria (vika_tasty ) shared a recipe for delicious fried potatoes with mushrooms, onions, and sour cream filling on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • potatoes – 60 g
  • mushrooms – 500 g
  • onions – 2 pcs.
  • sour cream – 50 g
  • water – 150 ml
  • fresh parsley – a bunch
  • salt, pepper, bay leaf

Method of preparation:

1. Peel the onion and cut it into half rings, fry in vegetable oil, and transfer to another pan.

2. Wash the mushrooms and cut them into large pieces, season with salt and fry, then add them to the onions.

3. Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium slices, fry them separately in a frying pan, then add them to the mushrooms and onions, pepper, and salt, cover, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring.

4. Mix the sour cream with water and pour over the potatoes, stir, cover, and simmer for another 5-7 minutes.

Sprinkle the potatoes with herbs before serving!
