Ingredients:
- apples – 1\2 pcs
- proteins – 2 pcs
- corn starch – 1\2 tsp

Method of preparation:
1. First you need to peel and dice the apple.
2. After that, beat the whites until they are stiff. While whipping the whites, gradually add starch to them.

3. Mix the prepared proteins with apples. Mix gently.
4. Put the resulting mass in small piles on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Bake at 180 degrees for 13-15 minutes.
