Delicate Basque cheesecake: what flour to use
When you want a cozy autumn pastry, you should make a Basque cheesecake. Its texture is extremely delicate and airy. This is because it contains Philadelphia cheese and cream. This dessert is based on corn flour, so it is also very dietary.

Ingredients:
- Philadelphia – 500 g
- white sugar – 160 g
- egg – 4 pcs
- cream 33% – 230 g
- corn flour – 20 g
- Cover the mold with parchment
Cooking method:
1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
2. Mix cream cheese, sugar and corn flour. Slowly add the egg.
3. Add the cream.
4. Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
5. Chill for 1 day before serving.
