Cinnabons with sugar, cinnamon and peaches: how to make the easiest dough

Few people can resist the flavorful and airy pastries called cinnabons. However, housewives are often intimidated by the yeast dough that needs to be prepared for dessert. In fact, it is very easy to prepare and not at all fussy. And the classic sugar and cinnamon filling can be supplemented with seasonal peaches.
Food blogger Valentyna Sayenko (valya__saenko) shared a recipe for cinnabons with sugar, cinnamon, and peaches on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
Dough:
- dry yeast - 5 g
- flour - 230 g (+-30g)
- milk - 100 g
- butter - 50 g
- egg - 1 pc
- sugar - 20 g
The filling:
- sugar - 50 g
- cinnamon - 10 g
- butter - 15 g
- peaches - 2 pieces
Cream:
- cream cheese - 100 g
- butter - 20 g
- powdered sugar - 60 g
Method of preparation:
1. The dough. To prepare the dough, mix the yeast with sugar, 30 g of flour and some warm milk. Leave for 10-15 minutes.
2. Then add the rest of the milk, flour, butter, and 1 egg. Knead the dough. It should be soft and elastic and not stick to your hands. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and leave it for 1 hour.
3. Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Dice the peaches, mix the sugar with cinnamon, and melt the butter slightly.
4. Knead the dough, put it on a floured surface and roll it into a rectangle.
5. Spread butter, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, and add peaches. Wrap in a roll and cut it into portions. Put them on a baking sheet and leave for 20 minutes.
6. Bake the cinnabons at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Then let cool for 5-7 minutes and cover with cream.
7. For the cream, mix all the necessary ingredients until smooth.
