The idea of making cinnabons that always turn out fluffy was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Galina (reeixit). According to this technology, the dough is prepared with dough.
Ingredients for the dough:
- warm milk – 250 milliliters
- fresh yeast – 20 g
- dry yeast – 8 g
- flour and sugar – 1 tablespoon each

4. Roll up the roll and cut it into 8 equal pieces. Cover again with a towel and leave for another 1 hour.
5. Then brush with milk and put in a preheated oven to 160 degrees for baking for 45 minutes.
6. Pour the filling over the hot cinnabons.
