Winter squash can be prepared with ketchup, mustard, sugar, and vinegar. To make the zucchini crispy, you need to cover them with cold water beforehand.

How to cook zucchini deliciously for the winter

Zucchini recipe


  • zucchini – 2 kg
  • water – 7 glasses
  • vinegar – 1 cup
  • sugar – 1 cup
  • salt – 2 tbsp
  • ketchup "Chili" – 8 tbsp
  • cloves – 1 tsp.
  • black pepper – 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the zucchini. Bring the water to a boil, sterilize the jars and lids.

2. Add sugar, salt, Chili ketchup, and vinegar to boiling water, stir, reduce heat, and cook for another 15 minutes.

3. Put the cloves and pepper in hot sterilized jars and put the zucchini on top, then pour the hot marinade, sterilize for another 10 minutes, and close the lids.

4. Turn the jars over, cover with towels, and leave to cool. Store the zucchini in a dark place.
