Blueberry jam is not only delicious, but also very healthy. It is easy to make at home using the Five Minute recipe. If you follow the proportions, the jam is as thick as jelly, and the berries remain intact.

The FoodOboz editorial team will share with you the simplest recipe for making Five-Minute Blueberry Jam without gelatin and thickeners.

Ingredients:

  • blueberries - 5 glasses
  • sugar - 7 cups
  • water - 3 glasses

Method of preparation:

1. Pour water into a saucepan and bring it to a boil. It is better to take deep and thick-bottomed dishes.

2. Once the water has boiled, add sugar to it. Stir and cook until granulated sugar is obtained.

3. When the sugar is completely dissolved and the syrup boils, add the washed blueberries. Cook over low heat for 5-15 minutes after boiling, removing the foam.

4. When the jam reaches the desired consistency, pour it into sterile jars and roll up the lids. When it has cooled completely, it will become like jelly; when hot, the dessert is quite liquid. Enjoy!

Note: blueberry jam made in this way can be stored in a cold place for about 1 year.
