Ingredients:
- Minced meat of any kind
- Onions
- Mushrooms.
- Cream
- Soy sauce
- Hard cheese ⠀
Preparation:
1. Mix the minced meat with chopped onion and spices.
2. Fry mushrooms and onions separately, add cream, soy sauce and cheese.
3. Form meat balls with your hands and fry until golden brown.
4. Put them in a baking dish, pour the sauce on top and cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C.
4. Take out the dish, sprinkle with cheese and put in the oven for a few minutes.
