Basic cheesecake in 5 minutes: cooked in the microwave
To make a cheesecake, you don't have to spend a lot of time and buy a lot of different ingredients. You can use an elementary method and make a dessert from ordinary cookies. You don't even need to turn on the oven - the cheesecake will cook in the microwave.

Cooking technology:
1. For the base, crush the cookies.
2. Add the melted butter.
3. Stir the mixture.
4. Put into a mold or a regular cup and tamp well.

5. Combine cream cheese or cottage cheese with egg, sugar, salt, milk, and cornstarch.
6. Beat everything in a blender.

7. Pour onto the cookie base.

8. Put in the microwave for 3-4 minutes.

9. For the topping, chop the nectarine and melt the butter.

11. Simmer for a few minutes.
