Ingredients
- potatoes - 6 pcs
- oil - 3 tbsp
- butter - 20 gr
- parmesan cheese - 50 gr
- salt
- pepper
- dry garlic
- paprika
The way of preparation
1. Wash potatoes and cut them in half.
2. Make cuts on each potato similar to those made when slicing mangoes.
3. Melt butter and add it to the potatoes. Add oil and spices.
4. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on the bottom of the mold and roll each piece of potato in it.
5. Place in a preheated 200° oven for 40-50 minutes. Periodically brush with oil that remains in the mold.
6. 10 minutes before the end of cooking, turn the potatoes over with the cuts facing up.
