Food blogger Iryna Lazun (iren.lazun) shared a recipe for a safe and healthy apple marmalade for children on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- mashed apples – 130 g
- banana – 50 g
- agar-agar – 0.5 tsp.
- water – 20 ml
Method of preparation:
1. First, bake the apples in the oven until they are fully cooked.
2. When ready, grind the apple pulp with the banana in a blender.
3. Put the resulting puree on the stove and cook until bubbles appear.
4. Add agar-agar immediately and cook for another 1 minute.
5. Then add water and cook for another 2 minutes.
6. Pour the finished mass into molds and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
