Raspberry jam is an ideal winter preserve. This preservation is very useful to consume during the period of vitamin deficiency, it is very tasty in a bite with aromatic herbal tea. In addition to berries, you can also add apple slices to this jam.

Ingredients:

  • apples - 2 kg.
  • raspberries - 1 liter
  • sugar - 1 kg.
  • water - 70 g

Method of preparation:

1. Peel and cut the apples into slices, just like an apple pie.

2. Cover with sugar.

3. Pour the water into the pan.

4. Grind the raspberries through a sieve from the seeds.

5. Add to the apples and simmer, stirring constantly to prevent sticking, and add water if necessary.

6. Cook for about 20 minutes, turn off, and boil again after a while.

7. The apples should be cooked.

8. Finally, whisk everything into jam.

9. Sterilize the jars in the oven at 100 degrees for about 10 minutes, including the lids.

10. Roll the finished jam into jars.
