Ingredients:

  • pumpkin 1/2 pc.
  • greens to your taste (spinach, arugula, iceberg, kale, etc.)
  • lemon 1 pc
  • pumpkin seeds
  • cinnamon 1/2 tsp
  • spices to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the unpeeled pumpkin into large pieces, squeeze the lemon juice, add cinnamon and spices to your taste and pour over the pumpkin, bake until tender.

2. Then remove the skin and cut the pumpkin into pieces for the salad, add the herbs and garnish with pumpkin seeds.
