  • minced meat - 500 g
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • ground black pepper - to taste
  • flour - 100 g
  • eggs - 2 pcs.

Method of preparation:

1. Chop the onion and garlic in a blender.

2. Mix the prepared vegetables with the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper. Form into balls.

3. Dip the resulting balls first in ice water, then in flour and beaten eggs, and finally in flour again.

4. Boil the dumplings in boiling water over high heat.
