Ingredients:
Dough:
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- sugar - 120 g
- honey - 4 tbsp.
- kefir - 120 ml
- flour - 150 g
- nuts - 100 g
- baking soda - 1 tsp.
Decor:
- dried apricots - 5-6 pcs.
Caramel:
- honey - 1 tbsp.
- butter - 30 g
- sugar - 30 g
Method of preparation:
1. The dough. Beat eggs with sugar until foamy.
2. Add honey and baking soda. Beat until the honey is completely dissolved.
3. Add the kefir while continuing to beat.
4. Chop the nuts, leaving 5-6 pieces for decoration. Add the chopped nuts and flour to the mass. Mix with a silicone spatula.
5. Butter a baking sheet and sprinkle with flour. Pour the dough.
6. Bake at 170 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
7. Caramel. Mix all the necessary ingredients and put them on the stove. Cook until the sugar dissolves.
8. Pour hot caramel over the finished hot cake. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and dried apricots.
