But only through trial and error can you find the right option for yourself. For example, there is a recipe for yeast dough with mayonnaise. Experienced housewives say that the products based on it are simply flawless and, importantly, do not become rubbery.

Ingredients:

  • warm water - 250 ml
  • fresh yeast - 15 g / dry yeast - 6 g
  • sugar - 1 tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
  • flour - 400 g

The filling can be any to your taste.

Method of preparation:

1. Add yeast, sugar, mayonnaise, salt, and flour to warm water. Knead a smooth dough and leave in a warm place for 1.5-2 hours.

2. Form patties and fry in a pan for 3 minutes on both sides.
