If you don't feel like bothering with baking for a long time, or you're suddenly on a first-name basis with it, there's an alternative even for such cases. For example, you can make the Three Chocolates cheesecake. It looks like a cake and looks extremely luxurious when cut open. The taste is very airy, delicate, and mousse-like.

The recipe for Three Chocolates cheesecake was shared by food blogger Khrystyna Komaniuk. It was posted on Instagram.

Ingredients:

Cake crust:

  • banana – 130 g
  • eggs – 1 pc.
  • cocoa – 30 g
  • baking powder – 1/2 tsp.
  • sweetener

For 1 layer of cheesecake (3 of them are needed):

  • chocolate (black, milk, and white) – 100 g
  • milk – 100 ml
  • gelatin – 10 g
  • water – 60 ml
  • cream cheese – 100 g
  • cream 33% – 100 g
  • sweetener

Method of preparation:

1. To prepare the cake, combine all the ingredients and beat with a blender.

2. Pour into a mold and bake at 175 degrees for 20 minutes.

3. Meanwhile, pour gelatin into three different bowls and cover with water.

4. After 5 minutes, mix the dark chocolate, milk and ready gelatin. Put on the fire and cook until the chocolate and gelatin are completely dissolved.

5. Remove from heat, add cream cheese, and beat until smooth.

6. Gradually pour in the cream and beat until light peaks form.

7. Pour the finished first layer onto the cake in the mold. Put in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.

8. Using the same technology, make 2 more layers of cheesecake: with milk and white chocolate.

9. Let the cheesecake cool completely and thicken.
