Chef Tetiana Lytvynova shared a very simple recipe for a beetroot and prune salad on her YouTube channel, which you can prepare in just 10-15 minutes.
ingredients
- Boiled beetroot - 500 g
- Prunes - 150 g
- Garlic - 1 clove.
- Greek nuts - 100 g
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Salt - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the beets, but it is better to bake.
2. Peel and cut into large cubes, cut the prunes into small cubes.
3. Peel the garlic and squeeze or grate it finely, mix it with sour cream.
4. Chop the nuts with a knife.
5. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, and add sour cream and salt.
6. Stir the salad, sprinkle with nuts and serve.
