Ingredients:

  • minced meat - 400 g
  • medium potatoes - 3-4 pcs.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • white bread, crackers or flour
  • salt, pepper, dry garlic

Method of preparation:

1. Chop the onion to a puree.

2. Grate the potatoes and squeeze out the moisture.

3. Quickly mix with the onion.

4. Add the minced meat, egg, spices, bread, and breadcrumbs or flour (whatever you have), enough to make the cutlet hold its shape but remain soft.

5. Let the minced meat stand for 30 minutes. Then form cutlets with wet hands and deep-fry until lightly browned.

6. After deep-frying, put the cutlets on a paper towel to remove excess fat and cook in a multicooker or oven at 180 degrees for 5-7 minutes.
