Seasonal zucchini is a delicious way to preserve it for the winter. To do this, you will need a spicy satebeli sauce. It will make the vegetables very spicy and juicy.

Ingredients:
- zucchini - 2.5 kg.
- satebeli sauce - 480 g
- sugar - 180 g
- salt - 1 tbsp
- ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- oil - 100 g
- vinegar - 80 g
- garlic - 1 large head
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the zucchini, preferably small and young, into slices up to 0.5 centimeters.
2. Add the sauce, garlic, sugar, salt, pepper, and oil.
3. Put it on to cook when it starts to boil.
4. Cook for 30 minutes, then add vinegar and cook for another 15 minutes.
5. Put into sterilized jars and close.
6. You can roll it up, but I sterilize it for 10-15 minutes to be safe.
