Morning is a time when you don't have much time to prepare a full breakfast, but this is not a reason to give it up altogether. It's better to make something very quick and at the same time as healthy as possible, such as an omelet, casserole, or porridge.

French omelet

Ingredients:

  • milk – 2 tbsp
  • chicken eggs – 6 pcs
  • butter (you can also use vegetable oil) – 10 g
  • dried garlic – 10 g
  • salt – to taste
  • vegetables – tomatoes, cucumbers – 1 pc

Preparation:

  1. Separate the whites from the yolks.
  2. Add a pinch of salt to the whites, and beat well until stiff peaks form.
  3. Mix the milk with the yolks and whisk well.
  4. Heat a frying pan, grease it with a piece of butter, pour in the yolks, and spread them over the entire surface of the pan.
  5. After the omelet has set, pour the stiff whites over the yolks, cover, and fry for about 3-5 minutes.

Serve the finished omelet as follows: cut into 2 pieces and put them on top of each other.

You can add any fresh vegetables to your taste.
