The chef shared a recipe for a delicious stewed fish with vegetable frying and tomato sauce on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 900 g of hake
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 200 g of canned tomatoes
- salt and spices
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the carrots and cut the onions into small pieces. Fry together for 7-8 minutes. Add canned tomatoes to the vegetables and mix well, cook for another 10 minutes.
2. Grease the bottom of the baking dish with the vegetable dressing and place the fish cut into small pieces.
3. Put the rest of the vegetable dressing on the fish, cover with water to the level of the fish, and put in a preheated 180-degree oven for 40 minutes.
