You don't have to be Jamie Oliver to cook dinner in half an hour. Anyone can cope with this task if they have the desire.
In the "Dinner in 30 minutes" section, FoodOboz editors share the simplest recipes possible. Today, we're going to show you how to make baked trout with tarragon (or tarragon, as it's also called) and lemon. The fish can be served with a green salad, boiled rice, or baked vegetables.
- fresh trout fillet - 2 pcs.
- fresh tarragon - a small bunch
- lemon - 1 pc.
- salt and pepper - to taste
- oil - 2 tbsp.
- Wash the fish, pat dry with paper towels. Rub each fillet with salt and pepper, and brush with oil.
- Put tarragon and half a sliced lemon on one fillet.
- Cover with the second piece of fillet to make a whole fish. Tie the fillet with a thick thread to prevent it from falling apart.
- Put it on a baking sheet covered with parchment or foil. Put a few lemon slices on top.
- Put in a 200-degree oven and bake for 20 minutes.
