Ingredients:
- mushrooms - 1 kg.
- salt - 1 tbsp
- sugar - 2 tbsp.
- black pepper - 5-6 pcs.
- allspice - 3-4 pcs.
- bay leaves - 2-3 pcs.
- vinegar - 4-5 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Rinse the mushrooms in cold water.
2. Place in an enameled dish and put on low heat.
3. Add all the ingredients (salt, sugar, pepper, vinegar, etc.), stirring to bring to a boil.
4. Boil for 10-15 minutes.
5. Cool slightly, put into glass jars to screw tops.
6. When the jars have cooled, place them in the refrigerator.
7. For long-term storage, sterilize for 15 minutes.
