Ingredients:

  • liver - 500 g
  • medium onion - 1 pc
  • apples - 2 pcs
  • flour for rolling the liver
  • seasoning with hops suneli
  • water - 100 ml

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the onion into half rings, peel the apples, and cut into small slices.

2. Peel the liver and roll it in flour.

3. Fry the onion and liver in a preheated frying pan with oil (literally 3 minutes on each side).

4. Add the apples, and seasoning, add hot water, and leave to simmer under the lid closed.
