The most delicious pumpkin dessert to make: tiramisu from a celebrity chef

If you love such a healthy vegetable as pumpkin, but you've had enough of its soup and stew, you can still make delicious pancakes, airy pancakes, various drinks, smoothies, bake pies, and make delicious candied fruit. But it can also be used to make the most delicious tiramisu, which will appeal to absolutely everyone.
MasterChef judge and chef Volodymyr Yaroslavskyi shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious, exquisite and so delicate tasting and easy-to-prepare dish – tiramisu.
Ingredients:
- Egg whites – 105-110 g
- Powdered sugar – 80 g
- Salt – a pinch
- Yolk – 3 pcs
- Powdered sugar for the dough – 25 g
- 1st-grade flour – 75 g
- Powdered sugar – 5 g
Mascarpone cream:
- mascarpone – 250 g
- Powdered sugar – 200 g
- pumpkin puree – 200 g
- cream – 120 g
- cinnamon – a pinch
Chocolate sauce:
- espresso coffee – 50 g
- water – 50 g
- dark chocolate – 75 g
- cognac or amaretto – 20 g
Method of preparation:
- Sponge cake: first, beat the egg white with powdered sugar and salt into a soft foam.
- Whisk the yolk with the powdered sugar into a fairly stiff foam.
- Mix and add the flour gently through a sieve, mixing gently with a spatula.
- Spoon the finished dough onto the parchment in small circles, smaller than the diameter of the glass.
- Sprinkle the icing sugar on top of the raw dough and put it in the oven for 9 minutes at 190 C.
- For cream: mix the mascarpone at room temperature with the powdered sugar, add the pumpkin puree and cinnamon, and mix.
- Whip the cream separately and add.
- Chocolate sauce: mix water and ready-made coffee, add chocolate pieces, bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and cook until thickened for several minutes.
Assemble the tiramisu:
- First of all, soak the Savoyardi biscuits in the chocolate and coffee sauce and put them in the first layer in the dish in which you will serve them.
- Put a spoonful of pumpkin-cheese mixture on top, cookies, and cream again, and top with the sauce.
- Put the tiramisu in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours and you're ready to eat.
