Crispy pickles in a jar: you can eat them the next day already
Pickles - this is definitely one of the favorite snacks, which will easily complement both the daily and festive table. All you need is your favorite spices and herbs. And a special and piquant flavor of the dish gives garlic and horseradish.

Ingredients:
- cucumbers - 2 kg
- salt - 2 tbsp.
- herbs: leaves of black currant, cherry, oak, horseradish, fresh dill
- garlic
- peppercorns
- bay leaves
- water
Method of preparation:
1. Rinse cucumbers and soak in cold water for 1 hour. Cut off the ends.
2. On the bottom of the jar lay out the vast majority of the herbs, garlic and spices.
3. Tamp the cucumbers.
4. Place the remaining herbs, spices and garlic. Season with salt.
5. Pour hot boiled water over the cucumbers. Cover with a kapron lid and leave at room temperature for 24 hours. Then - store in the refrigerator.
