Healthy cottage cheese pudding in a cup: Svitlana Fus shares her recipe
If you don't have a lot of time to cook desserts, that's not a problem, because you can always turn a simple dish into a delicious one very quickly. A microwave oven will help you with this, but don't forget to add fresh fruit and berries to your desserts.
Nutritionist Svitlana Fus shared on Facebook 2 recipes for a delicious, and most importantly, very quick-to-prepare dish that will be a great option for breakfast and snack – cottage cheese pudding in a cup.
Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese – 200 g
- Low-fat sour cream – 1 tbsp
- Dry vanilla pudding – 20 g ⠀
- Eggs – 1 pc
- Raisins – a handful
- Fresh raspberries – a handful
- Chocolate – a handful
Method of preparation:
1. In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, sour cream, pudding powder, egg, and raisins and add the raisins.
2. Put the finished mixture into 2 bowls and microwave them both for a couple of minutes.
3. Take out the cups with the prepared pudding, put raspberries in one and chocolate in the other.
The nutritionist noted that the only problem with dishes in cups is choosing the right time depending on the power of the microwave oven.
