How to make a delicious pudding in a cup

Nutritionist Svitlana Fus shared on Facebook 2 recipes for a delicious, and most importantly, very quick-to-prepare dish that will be a great option for breakfast and snack – cottage cheese pudding in a cup.

Pudding recipe

Ingredients:

  • Cottage cheese – 200 g
  • Low-fat sour cream – 1 tbsp
  • Dry vanilla pudding – 20 g ⠀
How to make a delicious pudding
  • Eggs – 1 pc
  • Raisins – a handful
  • Fresh raspberries – a handful
  • Chocolate – a handful

Method of preparation:

1. In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, sour cream, pudding powder, egg, and raisins and add the raisins.

Berries and fruits can be added to the pudding.

2. Put the finished mixture into 2 bowls and microwave them both for a couple of minutes.

3. Take out the cups with the prepared pudding, put raspberries in one and chocolate in the other.

How to bake pudding correctly

The nutritionist noted that the only problem with dishes in cups is choosing the right time depending on the power of the microwave oven.
