Ingredients:
- cottage cheese 5% – 300 g
- eggs – 2 pcs
- sour cream 10-15% – 1 tbsp
- apple – 1 pc
- pumpkin without skin – 80-100 g
- vanilla sugar – 1 sachet
- baking powder – 1 tsp
- butter/coconut oil – 50 g
- whole wheat flour – 100 g
Method of preparation:
- Mix cottage cheese with egg yolks and sour cream.
- Rub in the pumpkin and apple. Add vanilla sugar for flavor.
- Add baking powder.
- Mix most of the flour and butter in a blender.
- Combine the resulting mixture with the curd mass.
- Add the rest of the flour. Beat the egg whites and gently fold into the mixture.
- Put the resulting dough into the molds.
- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

- pumpkin – 400 g
- carrots – 200 g
- onion – 1 pc
- cauliflower or broccoli – 100 g
- turmeric and curry
- salt
- rye flour – 200 g
Method of preparation:
- Grind the vegetables in a blender.
- Add spices and flour.
- Form balls, flatten a little.
- Fry in vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes on both sides.
- At the end, cover with a lid or bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
