The combination of spicy spices and fruit and nut filling will make your family tea party unusually cozy in the fall.

Ingredients:

  • dark chocolate - 135 g
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • sugar - 90 g
  • vegetable oil - 110 g
  • flour - 75 g
  • salt
  • vanillin
  • pears - 2 pcs.
  • nuts - 50 g
  • cardamom and cinnamon - optional

Method of preparation:

1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave for 15 seconds.

2. Separate the yolks and whites. Beat the yolks with sugar and vanilla.

3. Pound the cardamom in a mortar and pestle.

4. Add beaten egg yolks, oil, cardamom, cinnamon, flour.

5. Beat the whites with salt separately until stiff peaks form. Even when the bowl is inverted, the mass should not fall.

6. Mix both parts.

7. Cut the pears into thin slices.

8. Chop the nuts (not finely).

9. Grease the mold with oil, pour the batter, put the pears and nuts.

10. Bake at 185 degrees for 50 minutes.
