Turtle cake is exactly the kind of dessert you can involve your kids in making. Instead of traditional chocolate solid cakes, it is based on round cakes. They need to be dipped in cream and folded in such a way that they visually look like a turtle shell.

Ingredients for the dough:
- 6 eggs
- 1.5 cups of sugar
- 2 tbsp of cocoa
- 1 tsp. of baking soda (without a slide) colored with vinegar;
- 3.5 cups of flour

- 700 g of sour cream
- 4 tbsp of sugar
- 250 g of butter
Ingredients for the icing:
- 2 tbsp. cocoa
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 4 tbsp of sour cream
- a piece of butter

1. Mix the eggs with sugar, then add cocoa and mix with baking soda slaked with vinegar, flour and knead the dough for the cakes.
2. Grease a baking sheet with butter and spoon the finished mass onto it with a teaspoon. Put it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

1. Mix cocoa, sugar, sour cream, butter, put on low heat and stirring constantly, cook the icing, leave to cool.
