How to make delicious raspberry jam: a budget option

Raspberries make a delicious jam that doesn't require a lot of different ingredients. The jam is moderately sweet and goes perfectly with tea and rolls. And to make such a preparation for the winter, you only need berries and sugar.

Ingredients:

• raspberries - 1.5 kg
• sugar - 1 kg

Method of preparation:

1. Cover the raspberries with sugar, alternating layers.

2. Leave for 4-5 hours to let the raspberries juice a little.

3. Put on the fire and bring to a boil.

4. Remove the foam and cook for another 15 minutes.

5. Sterilize the jars and pour the jam.
