Elementary homemade pizza in five minutes: how to make a simple dough

It is very easy to make a thin and crispy dough for homemade pizza. For the base, you will need regular sour cream and mayonnaise. You can prepare the dish in a few minutes.

Ingredients:

• eggs - 2 pcs.
• sour cream - 5 tbsp
• mayonnaise - 5 tbsp
• salt - a pinch
• baking powder - 5 g
• flour - 9 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Put the eggs in a bowl.

2. Add the sour cream.

3. Add mayonnaise.

4. Add salt.

5. Mix everything well.

6. Add baking powder to the loose mass.

7. Sift the flour.

8. Mix well.

9. Put the dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment.

10. Add ketchup.

11. Add sour cucumbers and slices of fresh tomatoes.

12. Put the meat.

13. Sprinkle with cheese and greens.

14. Put in a preheated oven.

15. Sprinkle the finished pizza with cheese.
