Useful properties of blueberries:

1. Strengthens capillaries and retains vitamin C in the body;

2. Removes radioactive metals from the body;

3. Promotes intestinal motility and is a source of nutrition for intestinal microflora;

4. Slows down the aging of brain cells;

5. Tea from dried blueberries is drunk for bladder diseases and as a remedy for diarrhea;

6. Anthocyanins, which are part of its composition, prevent memory loss;

7. It is one of the best prophylactic agents against cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and Alzheimer's disease;

8. Its juice normalizes metabolism and improves well-being in case of colds;

9. It has a positive effect on visual functions;

10. It contains magnesium, thanks to which blueberries act as a sedative on the body;

12. Blueberries are not allergenic, but they should not be consumed in large quantities. Otherwise, the berry can cause headaches, nausea, and sometimes vomiting. A contraindication to eating blueberries is biliary dyskinesia.

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 400 g.
  • sugar - 50 g.
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • semolina - 20 g.
  • corn starch - 20 g.
  • blueberries - 50 g.
  • salt

Cottage cheese for casserole

Method of preparation:

1. Separate the eggs into whites and yolks.

2. Beat the whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks.

3. Add the yolks, cornstarch, semolina to the cottage cheese and beat well with a blender.

4. Add the whipped whites and mix.

5. Divide the curd mass in half.

6. Add blueberries (25 g) to one part and blend.

Preparation of the casserole dough

7. Add sugar to the other part. Mix well.

8. Cover the baking dish with parchment.

9. Put the curd mass with blueberries on the bottom, then the light mass.

10. Sprinkle with blueberries on top.

11. Bake for 1 hour at 180 degrees.
