  • corn starch - 1 tbsp

1. Sift the flour and baking powder into a deep bowl.

2. Mix the oil and water in a ladle.

3. Bring to a boil.

4. Remove from the stove and immediately pour into the flour and baking powder.

5. Knead the dough and refrigerate for about an hour.
