What to make with apples other than charlotte: a quick dessert
If you don't have enough time to make apple pies, you can make quick apple rings. All you need to do is wrap the chopped fruit in ready-made dough. The dessert turns out to be very flavorful and fluffy, and most importantly, the technology is elementary.

Ingredients:
- large apples - 2 pcs.
- puff pastry - 250 g
- eggs - 1 pc
- sugar - 50 g
- cinnamon - 5 g

1. Cut the apples into 1.5-2 cm thick rings and core them.
2. Roll out the puff pastry 2 mm thick and cut into 1.5 cm wide strips.

3. Wrap the apples with strips of dough, place the rings on a baking sheet with parchment and brush with a beaten egg.

4. Combine sugar and cinnamon and dip the rings in them.
