Seasonal pears can be eaten fresh, but the best option is to make a complete dish out of them. You only need four ingredients, and they are all extremely nutritious. Moreover, you don't need to fry or bake anything. Therefore, this dessert will be an option for an extremely simple and healthy breakfast.

Ingredients:
- pear
- peanut butter
- granola/oat rings
- dried fruits/chopped nuts
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the pear into three or four pieces (across).
2. Spread all the pieces (except the top with the tail) with peanut butter first.
3. Spread the granola on top of the paste, cover with the other part, and sprinkle with dried fruit or nuts on top of the peanut butter. Or both. Cover with another piece of pear.
4. Next is granola.
5. You can eat each piece separately or as a sandwich.
