Warm salad with liver, tomatoes and citrus fruit for dinner
Liver is a healthy and tasty product that can be the basis for many tasty, satisfying and original dishes. Moreover, it goes well with almost all foods.
Chef Yevhenia Karpiuk shared a recipe for a delicious, warm salad made with chicken liver, herbs, and citrus fruit on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- liver - 400 g
- lettuce leaves - 100 g
- cherry tomatoes - 4-5 pcs.
- orange - 1 pc.
- any cheese - 30 g
Glaze:
- sugar - 1 tsp.
- oyster sauce - 2 tbsp
- salt - to taste
Breading:
- flour - 2 tbsp.
- corn starch - 1 tbsp.
- sugar - 0.5 tsp
- salt - a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the liver, remove the film, and put it on a paper towel.
2. Mix everything for the breading, roll the liver in it, season with salt and pepper and fry in a pan.
3. Add oyster sauce, sugar and salt to the liver. Stir.
4. Wash the greens and chop the tomatoes. Peel orange.
5. Assemble the salad: put the greens in a bowl and top with tomatoes, liver, orange pieces and cheese. Serve.
