Even at home, you can quickly make a crispy and thin pizza. There's no need to roll out the dough - just use regular pita bread. The dish will be ready in just 15 minutes.

  • lavash – 3 sheets, in the shape of a baking sheet
  • sausage or any meat – 200 g
  • mozzarella or other type of cheese – 250-300 g
  • tomatoes – 2 pcs.

  • parsley and onion – to taste
  • ketchup or tomato sauce – to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

2. Cut the tomatoes into half rings.

3. Cut the sausage into rings.

4. Finely chop the parsley and onion.

5. Put the lavash on a baking sheet previously covered with parchment, sprinkle with cheese, put the second sheet of lavash on top, sprinkle with cheese, and put the last layer of lavash, grease it with ketchup.

6. Put a layer of sausage, then tomatoes, sprinkle with herbs, and Italian herbs, and cover with cheese.

7. Put the dish in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

8. Once the mozzarella is melted, the pizza is ready.
