Sweet blueberry cookies: a recipe that went viral on TikTok

Blueberry cookies are a dessert that has recently become very popular on TikTok. The filling deserves special attention here because it has a rich blue color with a purple tint. And even though the dish looks very modern, it is extremely easy to prepare.

The idea of making blueberry cookies, which became popular on TikTok, was published on the Instagram  page of food blogger Anastasia Baykovets (anastasia_baykovets).

Ingredients:

• blueberries - 80 g
• butter - 75 g
• sugar - 90 g
• a pinch of salt
• baking powder - 5 g
• flour - 200 g (maybe a little more)

Method of preparation:

1. Mix flour, salt and baking powder in a small bowl.

2. Boil the blueberries in the microwave (1 minute) or on the stove (2-3 minutes) until softened (you can replace them with currants).

3. Berries to cool.

4. Put in a bowl, add sugar and butter.

5. Blend everything thoroughly and you will see the same color.

6. Gradually mix the wet ingredients with the dry until a homogeneous dough is formed.

7. To make it easier to form balls, put the dough in the freezer for 30 minutes.

8. Bake the cookies at 200 degrees for 10-13 minutes.

9. Then let the cookies cool for 15-20 minutes.
