Sponge cake is a popular base for many delicious desserts. The quality of the dough determines the taste and appearance of the pastry. The sponge cake should be fluffy and not crumble when cold. And to make it exactly like that, you should follow the correct cooking technology.

Food blogger Julia Vilich (julia_vilich_food_blog) shared her tips for making the perfect sponge cake on her Instagram page.
