Children love sweets, especially candy and chocolate. But it's worth remembering that sweets are often made from low-quality ingredients, and sweeteners and flavors are added, which are extremely harmful to the body, especially for children. Therefore, it is best to make sweets yourself at home from natural products.

Cook Viktoriia shared a recipe for delicious compote marmalade on Instagram, which is safe for children.

Ingredients:

  • concentrated compote or juice – 150 ml
  • sugar – to taste
  • agar-agar – 1 tsp

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the fruit/berries in water with sugar, bring to a boil, and cook for another 7-10 minutes.

2. Strain or rub through a sieve.

3. Pour into the pan again, add agar-agar, and cook for 2-3 minutes after boiling, stirring constantly.

4. Pour into molds, leave for 10-15 minutes and you can eat.
