Be sure to prepare spicy cucumbers with honey and garlic for juicy meat cooked on the grill. They marinate very quickly, and the cooking process itself does not take much time. It will be a very budget-friendly and simple appetizer that can easily replace salads.

  • cucumbers - 1 kg.
  • salt - 1-2 tsp.
  • honey - 2 tsp.
  • garlic - 6 cloves
  • herbs (green onions, dill, parsley)
  • mustard in grains - 2 tbsp.
  • chili pepper (to taste) - ½ pc.
  • lemon juice - 0.5 pcs.
  • vegetable oil - 50 ml.

Method of preparation:

1. If the cucumbers are small, cut in half. If larger, then into four parts.

2. Chop the herbs, garlic and chili pepper.

3. Add all the ingredients and mix.

4. Put in the refrigerator to marinate for 2 hours.

5. Stir occasionally.
