Pancakes are a very simple and easy-to-prepare dish that can be cooked with milk, water, or kefir. It's worth noting that you can make any kind of filling - from meat to sweet: cottage cheese, fruit, berries.
Cook Yevheniia Karpiuk shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious cabbage and egg pancake filling that is very easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
- cabbage – 1 head of cabbage
- eggs – 5 pcs
- green onions, cilantro
- salt – to taste
- pepper – to taste
- ready-made pancakes
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the cabbage, and fry in vegetable oil.
2. Add boiled eggs to the cabbage.
3. Finely chop the onion and cilantro, and add to the cabbage.
4. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
5. Put the prepared filling into the pancakes and roll them up so that the filling does not fall out.
