Light and vitamin-packed Three Cabbages salad in 10 minutes
The Three Cabbages salad is prepared on the basis of three types of cabbage: white, Peking, and cauliflower, which makes the dish quite vitamin-rich and nutritious. A healthy sour cream and mustard sauce is used as a dressing. This is an ideal option for a light lunch and dinner.
Chef Vasily Mishlen, known as vasilymishlen, shared a recipe for Three Cabbages on his Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- white cabbage - 1/3 pc.
- Chinese cabbage - 1/2 pc.
- cauliflower - 1/3 pc.
- spinach - 1 bunch
- dill - 1 bunch
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 150 ml
- salt - 1 tsp.
- pepper mixture - 1 tsp.
- mustard - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the white cabbage. Add salt, and lemon juice and lightly mash it with your hands.
2. Cut the Chinese and cauliflower. Add to the white cabbage.
3. Chop the spinach and chop the dill. Add to the cabbage.
4. For the sauce, mix sour cream, salt, pepper, mustard.
5. Season the salad.
