Korean zucchini: how to cook a delicious vegetable
Korean-style vegetables are a delicious savory appetizer that will perfectly complement any festive table or become an ingredient for an independent dish. Zucchini is very tasty in this way. They are crispy, flavorful, and juicy. They can be stored for the winter.

Ingredients:
- zucchini - 2 kg
- carrots - 1 kg
- onion - 0.5 kg
- sugar - 1 cup
- salt - 2 tbsp
- oil - 0.5 tbsp
- vinegar (9%) - 150 g
- black pepper
- seasoning for Korean carrots - 1 packet
Method of preparation:
1. Grate zucchini and carrots on a Korean grater.
2. Cut the onion into thin half rings.
3. Add all ingredients, mix well and leave to stand for 3-4 hours.
4. Then put in half-liter jars and sterilize for 15 minutes. Twist, turn, and cover with a towel.
