Cooking method:
1. Heat a frying pan. Fry chopped onion and grated carrot.
2. Grate raw beets and add to the pan together with garlic and salt.
3. Simmer until the beets are soft. You can add a little water.
4. Then add semolina, mix thoroughly, keep on low heat for another 5 minutes, turn off, cover and leave to cool.
5. Form cutlets.
6. Dip in semolina.
7. Fry or bake.
