Food blogger Lilia with the nickname lileklilek2 shared a recipe for zucchini pickled with garlic and dill on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- zucchini - 1 kg
- salt - 1 tsp
- sugar - 1 tbsp
- dill
- vinegar - 30 ml
- vegetable oil - 60 ml
- garlic
- pepper (optional)
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the zucchini in any way convenient for you: slices, circles, cubes or strips.
2. Chop the dill and pass the garlic through a press.
3. Add the dill and garlic to the zucchini. Add the rest of the spices: salt, sugar, vinegar and oil. Mix everything thoroughly.
4. Leave in the refrigerator to marinate. It takes about 15 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
