How to fry liver deliciously: soft and crispy
If you want to cook chicken liver deliciously and unusually, there is a great recipe. To do this, marinate and fry the liver in breading. The marinade will make it soft and tender, and the breading will give it a crispy crust.
The recipe for fried liver in breading was published in one of the culinary channels "Natasha Parkhomenko" on YouTube.
Ingredients:
- chicken liver – 700 g
- sour cream – 75 g
- garlic – 2 cloves
- salt – 0.5 tsp
- pepper
- eggs – 3 pcs
- flour
- breadcrumbs
For the recipe:
- onions – 2 pcs
- butter – 20 g
- vegetable oil – 20 ml
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the liver and dry it with paper towels. Cut it.
2. Then the liver should be marinated. Add salt, pepper, sour cream, and chopped garlic to the liver. Stir and leave for 15-20 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, prepare the flour, breadcrumbs, and beat the eggs separately.
4. Roll each piece of liver in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs. Fry the liver.
5. If desired, you can additionally prepare onions for the liver. To do this, cut the onion into half rings.
6. Fry the onion in butter and vegetable oil until golden brown.
